Cancellation Policy
1. Appointment Cancellations
Clients must provide 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations made with less than the required notice will result in a cancellation fee of 50%.
2. No-Shows
Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of their service fee.
